My Panel Construction - Part 2

The BlueMountain Processor Panel will be mounted on a shelf in front
of the Pilots Panel. In front of the processor is a power panel and
the Aproach Systems Avionics Patch Panel.

The Pilots Panel will contain the BlueMountain EFIS System, BlueMountain
Control Panel, and the DVD Disk Reader.
The Glove Box Panel and Panel Strip will cover the Glove Box and provide a mount for a handheld PDA device. |

The Center Avionics Panel contains the Starter Switch, Chronometer and the Avionics Stack. |

This Center Console panel contains the following: Trim Switches - Aileron, Elevator, and Rudder Pitot Heater Switches Fuel Selector Valve Door Status Indicators Flap Switch and Status Indicators |

This lower panel contains the Auxiliary Power Outlets, the Co-Pilots Headset and Microphone connections, and the Air Controls. |

This lower panel contains the electrical power panel, the pilots Headset and Microphone connections, and the Emergency Brake release. |

I finally closed out the glove box again after cutting off some of the back and top to make it fit properly. I added a shelf to give more usable space. I will add a small amount of glass around the edges to help hold everything together. My electrical connection panel will be mounted on the side which is 1/4 inch plywood. More pictures to follow. |
